Today we went to Christ Church with the Grandparents and had a great time! They had egg hunts, inflatables, face painting, crafts, bake sale, etc. The girls were in heaven! We even rode a little train around the parking lot. Of course, the Easter bunny was there! Laney didn't get anywhere near him (as you will see in the pictures :-)!) Jess was suspicious but, let GG get a little close to him. Jess went to her egg hunt first. She cleaned house. She was the only one who filled her basket. The perks of having an older sibling to train you well! Laney went to her egg hunt but was disappointed. She only found 2 eggs. There were not enough eggs for the number of kids. She is just too shy to chase after an egg! The egg hunt may have been a downer for her but the inflatable slide made her giggle with glee!! She kept going down the slide without fear! Her grin was from ear to ear! Jess was mesmerized with all the puppies. She needed to pet each one of them. Vetrinarian in the making? Jess tested out one of the inflatables but was not impressed. Boy, that will change. All in all, a great morning with the family!! You can't beat that!
