The weather is absolutely beautiful today! We had to go to the park to enjoy the cool breeze! We met some friends there. The girls loved playing! Jess could spend all day swinging and sliding. Laney could spend all day running. Mommy could spend all day just trying to keep up! :)

10 years!!

Keith and I are celebrating 10 years of marriage today!!!!!

Every night and naptime. She goes to sleep with her loves (Mickey and Baby) on her back! That just cracks me up!!

A day at Dinah's

Poor Dinah!! It is nonstop with these two girlies!! No rest for the weary!

YES...that is a spider!!! The spider had spun the most amazing web. It was absolutely huge!! I wish you could see the web better!

Laney's Words of Wisdom...

This week I have overheard two conversations between Jess and Laney. They went like this...

Laney said to Jess, "Sometimes a spanking is just what it takes."

Laney said to Jess, "You get what you get and you don't get upset."

Too bad she doesn't listen to her own advice.

Flu Shots...check

We had to go to the Doctor for a recheck on Jess' ear infections. I waited until we were in the room to tell that they were going to have shots. Laney burst into tears. Jess looked at me like I had sold out to the devil. I hate having to watch them in pain...my nerves were already on edge. Laney had her shot first. Jess watched and waited. She had to see the Doctor before she could get her shot. Dr. McCown came in to check Jess' ears. She said, "Can't come in. Got lollipop?" Then it began!!

The Browder Girls Head for the Barn...

Today we went on an impromptu field trip. Our house was getting slightly crazy so we headed for the farm...Oak Mountian Petting farm that is. Laney immediately fell in love with the pony and peacocks. Jess had to pet everything we came across. They had a great time. Jess met her match with a chicken. She was just sure she could keep up with it. Of course, we had to have some ice cream to top off the outing!
